Seamless pipe, as the name suggests, is a pipe without a seam or a weld-joint. Seamless Steel Pipe is made from a solid round steel 'billet' which is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow pipe.

ERW (Electrical Resistance Welding) pipes are manufactured by cold forming of steel coil into a round cylindrical shape. Current is then passed between the two edges of the steel to heat the steel to a point at which the edges are forced together to form a bond without the use of welding filler material.

Water pipelines, Agriculture & irrigation (Water mains, industrial water pipe lines, plant piping, deep tube-wells & casing pipes, sewerage piping) Gas pipe lines, LPG and other non-toxic gas lines etc.

These are manufactured through the process where flat steel plate is slowly changed in shape to achieve round where the edges are presented to weld. Then, the edges are welded together to form the master tube. This master tube, which is also referred as mother tube goes through a sequence of shaping stands, which form the final square or rectangular shape.
